Because of the circumstances structural proposals have been advised and structured for the propositions made for the financial obligations regarding Nieisha C Marie Elder.
This incident has been likely defined as an event or episode, and is crucial that state and government officials follow the correction of the procedure regarding the events to understand where the processor procedure went wrong. The Systematic procedure policies and regulations has shown an unregulated error in following customs of such are mandatory in schools administration and verification procedural process, in which have been in reference as the subject matter of the case. The undocumented request for students information lead an inaccurate report for lending to lenders institutes for an unidentified alleged student borrower proven in the “FSA & Pell Grant Regulations Title 34 Chapter IV” assuring American River College on the determination that the students legibility had been met and determined eligible by the schools admissions.
Evidently the Schools Administration has failed on multiple accounts in keeping legal forms verified upon request. Transactions made regarding proof of identity AND/OR records have proved too failed safe. The school acceptance to borrowers’ enrollment information and federal student aid legibility had not been verified. Upon the schools allowance of student and federal Pell and staff loan disbursements which had been processed and made but not accredited nor entitled. The student enrollment process and federal student aid process procedure in admitting a student AND/OR sending payable checks to student address given; Student must have GED or High School Diploma in order towards receive funding from the federal student aid and have enrolled in 12 credit course classes to meet financial need. Students also must have taken course placement test to determine eligibility for Pell grants given to students.
For eligibility of education loans (MPN) MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE must be verified to allow the student and who reference the (MPN) to be verified upon request,

Based on false document certification and incomplete applications that had not been verified, if so the schools administration or financial aid office would have requested specific requirements, such as PARENTS information; INDEPENDENT/DEPENDENT verification form signed and returned to schools financial aid office and addition course placement test scores to determine needs of work. Birth Record REQUIRED, ID REQUIRED, Social Security Card REQUIRED.
American River College has failed and is at fault for the misconstrued identity of it character and content of its alleged students. To assume to presuppose the judgment of the identity given through incomplete applications on behalf of the borrowers information has theorize the misbelief of a person that has never attended American River college in Sacramento, CAL area or claims of enrolling into American River College likewise any other college in the California state

U.S. Department of Education and its noted parties have done nothing in providing student with status results for additional funding source or financial acceptance for students’ education benefits rights and have hindered the students’ ability to gain advancement opportunities with educational contract investing for future goals. But is willing to make me pay for unregulated errors that have been unaccredited. Corrections must and will be made; this Incident has created a delay and a misception that has brought judgment upon students’ records and credibility involving financial closings.
I would like to reconsider a lawyer to further examine the issues of the matter and discharge this problem from my student records without judgment, so that I may be considered as a prominent class member in way of promoting my educational challenges and opportunities as well as other young adults who struggle with the thrive-ness, belief, hope and passion every day setting the goal too becoming the next influence among our young adult generation, and this is my first challenge. To have a chance in todays’ highly competitive global economy, to be competitive, to explore my advantage within the Educational institutes across America and overseas. I want the chance to become part of a University and grow into a universal education.
I only want to learn, I find it strange that Knowledge can become nothing if it’s not producing certain power. If it’s not challenge or cannot contend, where is its strength? Knowledge is not only desideratum but divine; a divine Understanding is mundane and lies beneath my cores intellectual passion for the search of learning. The learning of hope, the conquering of challenges and how it empowers us. Understanding is the instrument of all that knowledge implores. Strive is what I am part of, and thrive became the rhythm to being competitive and know the difference that our choices, our challenges, our consequences together can conquer our understanding of life and build a humble entity in our mind our life tremendously and sometimes alone can crumble, even that which we have and in due.
Do not hold me penalized any longer, while evidently I have the justified rights to further my knowledge with financial eligibility on behalf of the Government Grants and/ or Student Aid. I want to the issue to be cleared and relieved, I also seek I pay nothing and to have the school borrower’s record account discharge my name and record regarding American River College also, that they are revised, amended, justified and erased.
Education in learning institutes is my proposal and I will not be dissuaded by the effect of this incident. I ask that you conform what is valuable to my cost of education, I need your help and I am asking of you, 'Justice'
